Nelly & Antonio | Grove City, PA Maternity Shoot

This shoot was a true privilege for me. It had been over a year since I done a maternity shoot when I received Nelly's inquiry.  She mentioned that she would be 7 months pregnant in October and was hoping that we could schedule a maternity shoot. Needless to say, I was really looking forward to the chance to photograph an expectant mother once again, especially during this beautiful autumn we're having. Well, Nelly did not disappoint!  She glowed...and the warm, evening sun helped on that account. :)  But really, she and her husband, Antonio, were truly wonderful! They were kind, enthusiastic, gracious--a breath of fresh air for me.  I am always grateful to photograph important seasons in my clients' lives, but it is easy to become bogged down by all of the logistics of running my business, especially during this busy season.  But this shoot infused me with a new sense of inspiration and gratitude!  It reminded me of how fortunate I am to photograph so many amazing, interesting people at really exciting times in their lives.  So, thank you, Nelly and Antonio.  In the short time we spent together, it was very apparent to me that you two are not only terrific people, but that you're going to be terrific parents!  Your little guy is going to be a very blessed boy.
